Neje 40 watt wont cut

i have neje 2s plus and a 40 watt laser. i cant get it to cut anything at 100 power and 100mm/m .

the material test in lightburn cuts with those settings fine but when i try to cat a square with lighburn even at 100 power and 100mm/m it barely engraves and will not cut.

whats wrong?

Make absolutely certain that you’re in fact using mm/min as your units. Is it possible you’re actually using 100mm/s?
