Neje 5c Board (neje 2max setup)

Hi All
I have a Neje 2 max working good wanted to up grade board so i can use z motorized ALL-new NEJE Max Laser Diode Controller System - Laser Control Board for DIY Laser Machine (neje 5c board )
Installed borad not a problem updated fireware fired it up worked great working fine in lightbrn 2.02 cut fine z not set auto just manual for now homing in the front left. I thrught I would Calibrate X Y and that is the start of my problems.
1: lost home is on front right
2:can’t moving wrong direction
3 :tried framing gose no where making is
its seams its lost its direction changed it front to front left no go
its a nightmare Have got a copy of my .lbset and pictures just need a starting point and if some can help that wuold be great
