Neje doesnt go to set origin / homing position

The NEJE E40 lost its origin position . It worked fine but after not using it for a few weeks I then switched it on but makes a awefull sound . origin is set to REAR LEFT and it keeps going to either the front or to right REAR . I have unistalled GRBL and reinstalled the device but no luck . I dont see anyway to RESET while in motion

any help will be appreciated

Try going to file> open prefs folder and choosing an earlier pref.
