Hello, I’m Christian from Germany, I have a big problem with my Neje Master 2 S Plus 30 watts. The laser stops during the engraving or cutting after 1-2 hours, the fan continues to run and the laser is on, today it burned a hole in my plywood, the problem usually comes after about 2 hours, then I have to go again Start using the preview monitor at the point where the laser stopped. Neje can’t help me, I also installed the CH 340 driver, but unfortunately that doesn’t help. I installed a high-quality power supply and a high-quality USB cable, unfortunately all without success, I would be so grateful if I could be further helped here, mfg. Christian.
