I purchased my machine in a package to include a rotary machine, air assist, frame expansion. I received everything except the lightburn access and I don’t know how to fix this and I’ve contacted my machine manufacturer several times with no response despite their claims that they have a 24hr response time.

Whom did you purchase the laser from, exactly? We have expectations for support from all our resellers.
If you’re currently on the Trial, you can go to ‘Help > License Management’ and extend your trial yourself to keep using LightBurn while you sort out the license key issues.

Was Lightburn included or listed as Compatible? Ali Baba is not a Dealer. They are a warehouse like Amazon.
When I got my two trees from a local Canadian seller, yes it came with lightburn.
A very old version and just a trial.
Did they specify a lightburn licence?

It doesn’t look like to me that the item description is claiming that a LightBurn license is included in the purchase of the laser.
It looks like they are just claiming LightBurn compatibility and that if you wanted to use LightBurn it would be something you would need to purchase separately.

Can you confirm that you received the air pump, roller, and leg expansions?
I find it odd that the item description itself doesn’t make any mention of the bundles and how they work.
Seems to me your only recourse is to get the vendor to respond to your inquiry unless @Colin has some insight on this vendor’s specific situation.

I assume you’ve gone through all emails, documentation, USB drives, etc. that you received from them? I’m not familiar with it works for 3rd party sold licenses but keys from LightBurn are sent via email. I’d suggest checking your junk mail folder as well.

From experience, sales teams focus drop exponentially right after the moment payment hits and they do the “update tracking number” on the back end.
I would suggest @Cstaub101 to get in touch with seller via the Chat function and ASK for it explicitly.
Make sure you take full screenshots before hand… just in case…
After reviewing the Aliexpress page and looking at our resellers list I wasn’t able to find anything linking that web store to a known reseller, unfortunately. It appears to be simply a store reselling TwoTrees devices - of which there are dozens.

That does not say a lightburn license is included.
They only provide a trial version. You are on your own to pay for the full license.
I don’t believe that’s correct. I assumed so as well but if you look at the bundle variant that OP picked it clearly shows a LightBurn icon being added on and the price reflects this.

Once you put your key it activates it into full version
