Just got my Lightburn camera today 8/9 and installed it on my laptop it worked for about a minute and then gave USB error and the device manager also was not happy. Tried everything possible and still no go. Running windows 10 also. I thought it was laptop so I tried it on my desk top and gave the same error of 43 just as the laptop did. Think my camera has bitting the dust.
Did you order from us? I don’t see any orders in my system under this name, or your email address.
I think I may have gotten it through Cohesion 3D.
You’ll need to contact them for a replacement then.
