New Camera isn't detected by Windows or Mac

Hello,

I just received my new 5MP 60deg camera in the mail today. When I plugged the device into my Windows 10 machine, it does not detect the camera. Instead I receive the following error:

I applied all windows updates, rebooted, verified AV isn’t blocking the camera, and checked the Camera Privacy settings. Also, the Win10 Media pack is installed. The camera simply isn’t detected correctly in windows.

When I attempted to connect to my Macbook Pro, the device was not detected at all. I didn’t receive any errors. It just doesn’t recognize the device.

Any suggestions?
