just plugged in my new camera for the first time and no picture, it installed fine and shows in devices.
I am running windows 7
Try installing the driver here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/Download/confirmation.aspx?id=20885
Windows 7 does not have the UVC driver required to access the camera from LightBurn, but the above should install it.

Thanks for the response, but that link takes me to a windows xp download, when i click run, i get setup errors, Been searching for hours for a windows 7 download
