I purchased a new laser and computer and downloaded light burn onto the new computer…which is an updated version compared to what I have been using. I check all my settings to make sure they match my other computers/lasers as the new laser is the same as another one I use. When I go to use it, it frames fine but when I try to engrave the laser head only moves up, down, then goes all the way to the left and buzzes with an error. The laser does not fire at all. I have trouble shot everything I can think of and cannot figure this out. I hooked up my old computer to the laser and it works fine with that computer and light burn so I don’t feel like it is a laser issue. Any ideas? I have included my setting in the files it would allow me to upload. I will try to attach the rest of my pictures which includes a picture of the error message I get. I also have a video of what it does but this doesn’t seem to allow me to upload videos.
