I purchased a new computer yesterday I have deactivated key from old laptop and reactivated key on new laptop but my laptop cant find my laser. What could be wrong?

How are you trying to connect?
Which laser?
When you installed LightBurn, did you check the box on the last page to install the driver?

This was the problem I zoomed through it and completely forgot about the dang little box thanks so much for the help
