I just bought a JADAZI GRBL CNC Controller for myself , My Machine was a 3018 pro now made up to 500mm x 500mm , Problem is the Controller is giving me problems its starting the job and then stopped saying completed after say 21 seconds and then my Laser which is Laser tree isn’t on ?
Can i Just add the first time i watched its movements it drew the object without the laser on ,The laser did start up the first time any help from you guys would be appreciated .
I have seen only 2 things that caused the repeated GCode word message:
- Faulty USB connection (usually by cheap cable)
- Enable GCode Clustering is turned on in the Device Settings window
There may be other causes. Maybe someone else has an idea?
I have managed to stop it by putting GRBL 1.1 or earlier Intsead of GRBl-LBC but not now when I start a job/ experimental just going A.w.o.l. where it wants my old board broken so bought this…
Will your machine work with just plain GRBL as the device type?

Done it now the cant even move my laser said something about using M4 for 1.1 higher but cant find it ?

Can you upload a snapshot of the Console window showing the error message?

For #2, try different USB cables.
I did change the lead and thats when attempted my little logo on the first place I didn’t but have now enabled G-Code clustering.
Going to try again.
Yes it seem 2 be doing it I tried the logo started where i wanted it to ,Then i made logo 3 times larger then restarted it again from the centre and i went to start again and my the image im using 3 x the size of the original one…
Thanks a Lot but do you think i am better off buying a dearer Board this was Just under £30.00 but if it does the job it does the job or ?
I am having following your story. Is is now working for you? If it is working, why a new dealer board?
