New Machine. I’m running a test, laser didn’t fire. I’m going to check Tickle, FPK start and FPK Increment settings. the message from the laser was “Buisy” what settings should I check?

It’s not communicating with the lasers controller more than likely. Mine says disconnected when it’s turned off, goes busy then shows it’s connected…

Does it show up in the Device manager in windows?

Don’t get in there and cause yourself a major headache trying to fix what you changed…

If you purchased it from a reputable dealer it should work fine with Lightburn… and not have to have adjustments made to it… at least to work.


It should have come with EZCad 2 or 3…

Did the vendor sell you a Lightburn compatible unit?

Thank you for your response. I eventually figured out what the problem was. It working no I’ve done a couple of test projects and it worked perfectly.
