New Ortur Laser Master 2 Pro won’t connect to Mac

Just purchased and assembled an Ortur Laser Master 2 Pro and connected to MacBook Pro with LightBurn. Laser powers up and goes to home position but shows “disconnected” in LightBurn. When I go to Devices and attempt to Find My Laser, it does not detect it. When I add it manually, it still shows Disconnected and Waiting for Connection in LightBurn. I have selected the cu.usbmodem12345 port but their is no communication to the laser from LightBurn. Please help.
