I am installing a new laser to lightburn and i had to manually add it, no biggie. Lightburn does not recognize the USB port for some reason. I am out of ideas of where to fix this. All help appreciated.

Depends on the type of laser. But anyhow, you should add the laser manually and do not use the automatic discovery. Then you can select the COM port that you find in Windows device manager that was assigned to the laser. It’s all in that guide.
