Ive been messing around with my 3000mW laser module since i got it 2 weeks ago. Our goal is to be able to engrave photos into wood. After 2 weeks of messing around and reading all forum posts this is what i have ended up with and was just looking for some tips to improve it. My power was set at 10% the image was done in halftone 311 dpi and steps were around 19800 mm/min. This is the original and the product.

There are a lot of settings you can adjust in Lightburn… but there is also a site that does a lot for you
When you load the image (bmp is preferred) into lightburn make sure you put pass through in the layer options.
