Hello. Just setting up my Creality Falcon 2 Pro 22W with the Lightburn system. When attempting to do Camera Calibration under the Laser Tools Tab, my Falcon 2 Camera shows up in the dropdown list, along with my laptop camera, but there is no camera preview after clicking on the Creality camera. The “Next” button is greyed out, and my only option is to “Cancel”. I am using an HP laptop running Windows 11. I see that the Lightburn version I’m using is 1.7. I check the Device Manager in my laptop, and the Creality Camera and a preview are both showing there. What am I missing, besides my patience at the moment…been working on this for about 4 hours reading through a variety of posts. I have watched vides from Creality and Lightburn. Creality support is mostly non-existent as it’s email only, and they’re located in China. Any response at all typically takes about 12 hours, and mostly consists of “read direc tions and watch videos” which I’ve already done. Thanks so much for any suggestions. p.s. Fair warning - I’m not very techie when it comes to poking around in my computer and software programs, so if you ask did I check various parameters and codes, I likely won’t have a clue what you mean.
