Read it carefully, cover to cover.
Make sure nothing came loose when adjusting focus. Also, make sure that the settings that you used for the material test are reasonable.
You can separately test for laser function by using the Fire button in Move window. Increase power until a laser dot is visible.
Thanks, I have the manuals that came with it and they seem to be the same. I will re-read them again, it’s just very frustrating right now, I’m not an idiot, at least I didn’t think I was until I got this machine.
There is a learning curve. I’m on this forum mostly to learn. I have spent hours on some problems. You have good support on this forum.
