we updated overnight and now nothing is responding. The software keeps giving us the “not responding” message and have to restart

- How are you connected to the laser?
- Do you edit files that are stored on a network drive or USB drive?
we were on 0.9.14
computer is Windows 10
connected via usb.
I am in the process of uninstalling and reinstalling.
