Hello. I recently upgraded from an Xtool d1 pro 10w to their 40w module. As I was testing out some small cut patterns everything was working fine. When I went to engrave I noticed a “knocking” sound. Upon inspection, the laser is moving at inconsistent speeds and when it changes directions it “knocks” and bounces back. I initially thought it was hardware and firmware and tried resetting and re-updating the firmware to no avail. I tried loading the same image in xtools creative space (which I have literally never used to run the laser) and copied my power and speed from Lightburn. I hit go, and it was fine. Nice and quiet with no knocking or jarring. I’m not sure what randomly changed in my settings to make the movements so aggressive. Any help in the right direction would be much appreciated.
