I have just put Sculpfun 30 together and tried my first test, but my square is coming out as a rectangle. My Y axis is running smoothly, and have adjusted the belt and the nut so it runs smooth. I am so sad and frustrated to be stuck so soon.
Have you checked if the axes are calibrated?
For example, draw two lines 150mm long. One vertical and one horizontal, and have them engraved. Check if the dimensions of the engraved lines match the dimensions of the lines in the drawing.

they will help to get you started with the S30. Lasers are very complex. It takes some time to get used to them

Welcome to the Lightburn Forum. The S30 is a well built machine (I have one too), so most of your issues will be with figuring out Lightburn or the materials you are working with. The Forum is the best place to get help.
