The doc covers the choices fairly well:
The mounting height is generally determined by where it will fit into the lid. Once you measure that height, feed the platform size (in your case, 700×500 mm) into the calculator (click Help → Camera Selection Help) and evaluate the choices.

Although there are quibbles about how accurate the camera can be, I depend on the camera in my OMTech for rough placement while using odds and ends of leftover material.
