I am trying to use the nesting feature and I lose the cut/engrave layer colors with either svgnest or deepnest. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Nesting is not an integrated feature in LightBurn so going out to an external application will lose any LightBurn specific metadata like for cut settings. You could potentially try to manage this manually by nesting one layer at a time and returns the results to the layer you’re working on.
