As above. For some reason the switch doesn’t come on. It works when cutting. Anyone got any ideas?
I myself just discovered this same issue. I just installed an air assist relay and was surprised when doing an fill layer with air assist on that the controller wasn’t commanding the air assist on. My secondary fear is that it will work how the cuts work - shutting off in between each individual cut. I’d love to be able to customize/optimize this, but I half expect I’d have to update the g-code individually. For now, I plan on rewiring my air assist on/off switch as an air assist override. Let the controller run the relay when it can, but have the option to turn the air assist on when the controller won’t.
