I haven’t used the laser device for three months, and now I can’t work with the program because it can’t connect to the laser device. I don’t know why. When I try to send the work to the device via the program, it freezes and asks me to exit.
This happened to me once, I had to essentially “forget” the laser and re-add it back into my device list as if I was adding it for the first time. That SHOULD work!

when I search for device, it freezing tell i close the machine
I change the cable i put it directly into the controller
I remove the app and install again
o install the RD work APP …
still not work
Hmm. Not too experienced outside of those kinds of issues. But good luck - I’m sure there is a solution!
When you have LightBurn open and connected to your laser, do you see a ‘ready’ reported in the Laser window?
