No connecting with benbox laser engraving

Hi,

I am trying to connect my laser engraver with benbox software to lightburn but it never finds my laser on devices. What can I do to fix this?
Laser is on and connected to USB. I have an eleksmaker A3 pro.

You have to remove BenBox from your system, LightBurn doesn’t recognize it.
Procedure is outlined in the on-line Manual. Go to HELP menu and click on “On-Line Documentation.”
