No framing in workspace

I have a MacBook Pro M1 with Lightburn connected to a Monport Galvo GA60 MOPA fiber laser and my Mac OS is Seqouia 15.1.1. I just downloaded the software last week right after I took delivery of the fiber laser. My problem is that the framing button does not work. It highlights the button but no framing occurs in the work space. I don’t know if I am missing some setting or otherwise. I really appreciate any help, thanks.

If someone was looking for a fix and found your thread, your answer doesn’t help the user community much… A more detail of the fix description would be nice.
