I have an Ortur LM2 S2 10 watt laser and I can’t get it to engrave height just a skinny line. What am I doing wrong. This is my first laser, and I am failing
Not knowing how you try to achieve it, I’d advise you to look at this link:

Not sure what that means. Detail what you are trying to do. You cant change the height of a line. If you want to engrave a fatter line, instead of selecting Line use Box and make it the height and width you want.
As a general rule, I’d agree 100%, but if you use the “offset shapes” tool, you can (literally) get around the issue. And then you can change the thickness of a line.
