No image on LB with 8k w LB camera

Hi, I’ve try to recognize my new LB 8k camera on lightburn, but it’s not work.
In my pc with win 7 I can see the images and in lightburn I can see the name of the camera but nothing images appeared.
I’ve try to reboot all system many times without resolving.
Have some ideas?

Hi, thanks for your reply, now LB see the camera but when try to update image on work plane my pc going to freezing.
Waiting lot of time but my pc not responding. Ctr - alt - canc not work and I need to restart my computer with power button.
With other cheap camera work perfect
