Hi . I am new on here so I hope I am doing things right. I have a problem with the number of Passes on a layer. I noticed a couple of days ago that a cut out I was doing in 2 Passes went around the cut more than 2 times. It did it again today so I tried to do a test on a piece of 3mm basswood. I drew 11 circles with circles inside The inside circles were on fill layers and everything appears to be fine. The outer circles were cut layers at different speeds, power and passes. this went wrong it went around some circles 28 times. Could anybody explain what’s happening. I have put pictures and console image. Thank You for your support.
Looks like you have multiple duplicates of the shape on top of one another. This is not a number of passes issue but rather an issue of more shapes being present than expected.
I’d suggest carefully walking through the Preview to help identify issues before burning as the path you see there should be reflected in the final burn.
Also, note that shapes that have duplicates on top of one another will appear with a more pronounced line thickness.
True duplicates can be removed by using Edit->Delete Duplicates menu entry.
Thank You For Your Help. Dont Know How I Came To Get Them On Top Of Each Other But There You Go . Have To Be More Carefull In The Future. Thank You Again For Helping.
