No response using Ortur Pro 2

I used my laser all day yesterday lasering and cutting out leather patches. However it Stopped in middle of cut on the last patch - no blinking lights - didn’t finish the cut. when I went to laser again I am getting no response to laser. It powered on fine but no movement - firing, repositioning etc from lightburn software. I have rebooted machine, closed and opened software multiple times, changed USB cables, etc. Both red and blue lights are on. Please advise on what I can do to get up and running - need to finish a job. I’ve had this laser for several years and never had this happen!!! MF

Does it show up in the Windows Device Manager?

Is the emergency switch disengaged? (Turn it clock-wise to see if it pops out.)

According to the manual, the LM2 Pro, should automatically perform the homing sequence when you turn it on. Is that the case?

Also, check the power supply. If only the USB cable is connected, the controller receives enough power to show the COM port, but not enough to power the motors.

yes it is showing in device manager. also shows “ready” in the laser box. It was working perfectly yesterday. Just stopped on last cut of a patch and now not communicating at all. It is taking the $X command when i turn on but no other buttons/commands are communicating - fire, home, frame, up/down movement, etc. I have changed USB cords, unplugged the power cables, rebooted, etc. driver is up to date - or says it is.

when I click on commands - it is showing them in the console box as if it is reading them just no response in movement. HOWEVER, when I click the “frame” option I get this message in the console box:
[MSG:No Power Supply! Check TroubleShooting Section in User Manual.]
