No Z axis option when connecting to Trocen AWC 7813

hi all,

I cannot find z offset in layer when using Trocen AWC 7813.
I heard that 708 dont have this capability, does it still the same on the newer controller such as 7813?
Btw, I can control z up and down via Move tabs.
