Non cutting move speed 10 watt diode endurance GRBL

I need please to slow down or change the speed of non cutting moves , at the moment it races around and my gantry is a bit jerky

I understand from other posts this is located in Idle Speed, in the User Settings in the controller but I cant find this setting, it was an older post and may have been renamed, any ideas please to get me there.

In GRBL it’s just the X & Y axis settings for maximum travel speed. That sets the speed for G0 moves. On Ruida controllers it’s called “Idle Speed”, which is why you’ve seen it referred to that way.
