This is my first result playing with the Norton White Tile method on a CO2 laser.
I didn’t use any paint, just TiO2 powder and alcohol.
Very promising!

Thats looking good. I have spent two days trying but cannot pin it down. cannot get the settings right.
My settings are
Speed 500
Power: Max 15% min 6%
Maybe it helps you.
Also important is to cover the tile in a very thin layer of Titanium Dioxide. That is my biggest challenge.
