Can anyone tell me why my laser don´t burning
my picture.
When Idraw a line, it burn the line,but not the picture.
Did you change the type from “Line” to “Fill” in your layer settings?
i have the settings to picture
and it had worked earlier.
We are going to need you to provide more than, “When Idraw a line, it burn the line,but not the picture.” and “i have the settings to picture and it had worked earlier.”
This is not telling us much of the technical components of what you have, what you have tried and the results you have gotten. It is like telling us your car doesn’t run. But we have no idea what this really means,… lost car key, out of gas, or motor fried. All could be the problem but we would need a bunch more information to best diagnose the issue.
Please help us help you and provide many more details so we don’t have to ask for the basics. Thanks.

I have checked the settings in the control,
And when I import the picture I enclosed
the laser don’t light up but it running forward and back
over the surface.
But if I just write a line and start burning
the laser start running and burn the line.

Take a look at your image in Preview. If you can’t see it there, it won’t engrave it. You could have double lines, as when I used RDWorks, it wouldn’t engrave if there were double lines.
Please post a picture of the ‘Cut Settings Editor’ window for that image layer for review.
