Have a problem, my laser does not cut 90 degree angles. Now I do not mean that the “cut” is skewed but that a square will not be 90 degrees in all corners. I use lightburn. Bodor 1325 150w co2 laser
the diagonal is 524mm and 526mm
This would indicate that your gantry is not square. Not sure how you would square it up as I do not have the same machine as you, but on mine there are screws that can be loosened to square up the rails of the gantry system.
