Hi Guys,
i am using the lightburn and the longer ray5, I was engraving a circle on the mug, it was perfectly working then suddenly the circle is no more rounded rather tapered, I am using the rotary chuck and its turning but just not getting a round on the mug.
like the circle with the logo
anyone knows the reason?
Usually, the object is slipping or the diameter is not correctly calculated. Here are some tips for rotary settings (e.g. speed and acceleration): Rotary roller - Diode Laser Wiki
The tumbler sides are not parallel. That will effect the geometry of the engraving, also.
