Clueless noob here. I am etching small aluminum pieces with a diode laser. The laser head is moved around with two small linear motion units with lead screws. The offset fill does not fill the shapes completely, how can I fix this?
The round shape on the left is 8 mm in diameter.
Try adjusting your Line Interval, that should fix it.
Thank you. I adjusted the line interval to 0.05 mm. Much better, but still not perfect.
There’s usually a bit of trial and error involved in getting it just right.
