I use the same layer for all the cutting work in a balsa plate. The cutting profile is executed twice and in two places a start is made just next to the profile and corrected again after a line segment.
The trick is to wait until the pictures finish uploading before posting the message: take a deep breath, hold it for a count of five, exhale slowly, then make sure they appear in the preview.
I’m leaning more towards your drawing having a “problem”, of course I can’t be 100% sure, but if you only have the 2 offsets shown and everything else is ok…

BTW, what does the preview show?
The misalignment of the slots on R-12 along with the offset of duplicate lines on the drawing suggests a symptom of mechanical backlash. The misalignment on R12 appears to increase as the job progresses. You may want to check for loose setscrews in the drive sprockets and loose belt tensioners.
Reducing acceleration/deceleration settings may be the next step.
