All Layers allow me to change offset except layer 02 which is always fixed and will not change
What kind of offset are you referring to?
Can you attach a screenshot illustrating what you’re seeing?
I use the offset to do a cut on various files. Notice the larger cutout shows a large Offset on Layer 02 and the smaller will work on any other layer. Both are set to offset outward.
Can you take a screenshot of how you’re setting the offset?
