Offset Stair Step Fills

I’ve been using LightBurn 1x and my BES Cutter laser for years. I just upgraded to LightBurn 2 and now fills are offsetting as they progress. I have a logo block that fills in using two passes (layers) in order to create two different fill patterns. When the logo is set to 1.5" tall the top half engraves fine, but the bottom half stair steps to the left or right as it progresses up the job. I’ve scaled the logo down to 1" and it works fine.

I’ve no idea what’s going on. I’ve rebooted LightBurn, restarted my laser, created a new laser in the Devices menu. But it keeps happening.
