This is my first post and i am an absolute novice. I bought the dual laser thinking that I could perform 1 cut most times and 2 if i wanted to. I was told by OMTech this was not possible (not sure whether you can see the attached email trail)
Any advice will be gratefully received.

There aren’t many dual-head laser users on the forum so may be difficult to get an authoritative response.
I have some theoretical knowledge of the machines but haven’t worked with them personally.
You should be able to engage only a single laser at a time. You set the laser that’s relevant on a per Cut Layer basis. However, you may be restricted to using half the machine bed in that scenario.
