I have not made any recent moves or changes, just suddenly stopped working when rotary was enabled. cup rotates and software shows its running, but nothing out of laser, only alignment laser is working no actual fiber. With rotary not enabled it runs fine.
Is it in focus… this is an issue with these.
Is it striking the area you think it is?
Put some kind of flat material across it and see if it’s not in the center line of your mug.
