Omtech af2028 60w new version - piburn 4.0

Hi all
I just setup my new omtech
Got the piburn installed
12500 steps ( checked my y axis and did the math and yes it’s correct )
My tumbler diameter size is correct
( I engraved countless of tumblers on xtool d1 just took too long, perfect smooth edges even at .1 interval )

I just can’t get smooth corners, any idea what’s happening? I thought this co2 would cut my speed time more than half and better quality,
I watched a few videos, people even get very nice sharp quality images with smooth edges at .1 interval

What am I missing? Am I skipping a step?
I mean look at these images, ( minus the paws, they were done on my xtool ) just very bad pixelated lines

It’s an SVG file so it should be PERFECT

Suffice it to say there are many moving parts between an SVG image and a “perfect” lasered result. Welcome to the bottom of the learning curve where we all started.

Hi all I just purchased my machine Of course, not sure what kind of luck this is but first day of using it, I install my piburn 4.0 Change the machine settings ( backed up the original machine settings ) Next day, I turn my pc on, blue screen of death !
