I cant get it to do a thing will not read or find the polar 350 HELP

Can someone call me if they have time i can’t get this thing to work
I think my grandson ran this toy car over the keys and changed some things on it
the only thing i can get the omtech 350 to do is the last test i did and that is if i if i hit the start/ pause on it
