OmTech laser does not frame but i can hear it

If it’s just the framing red laser might read this forum. The red dot port might need to be configured.

Galvo no frame showing

Hi , Trying to set up my galvo , I am unable to see a frame with previewing the engraving . When I switched back to Ezcad it’s there, I have check over the setting they all seem to correct , where else or what else can I check , also the red dot is off when I am working with lightburn, but is on with Ezcad .
