I am dealing with the same issue. Same machine. I can get rdworks to recognize my machine. Did the same steps as the original poster as well. Uninstalled lightburn and reinstalled it. It wont find my laser and when i create ruida doesnt even show in the list of selectable options
This may mean that you don’t have a DSP licence.
