I was trying to purchase 5 years of renewal, and the online credit card purchase keep telling me that they could not complete the purchase and there is no other way to contact you other than this forum
Forgot to add, I need to change my email the says I have to contact you.

Hi Ed,
As Tim said, it’s best to contact via email.
However, we are seeing a fair number of card purchases from your processor that are having issues.
Best to discuss this in a ticket, though.
