Working on my first test cut/engrave on Longer B1 30W. Still learning my way around, but glad to gotten passed some initial alarm issues. Any help is appreciated!
Check the plugs for the Yaxis (gantry) motor. Make sure the plugs are fully seated. Xaxis appears to be okay.
Curious, how did the Yaxis Jog work?
Found the y-axis plug hidden within the yaxis frame! The only other confusion I’ve got now is where to place this plug i found above the laser head that isn’t the main laser cable. THANK YOU!
It could be for a fan or fire sensor. If there is no receptacle socket close by, it might be for an option yours does not have.
That’s actually the X axis frame, The Y axis frame is the side rails. Nevertheless, the motor connectors are typically 4 pin connectors, that’s only a 2 pin. With it’s location at the laser head I would guess it could be for an external red dot / crosshair pointer.
