Open a file containing umlaut in filename while LightBurn is running fails

Hi LightBurn team,
I have discovered a minor bug while opening files containing German umlaut characters (e.g. Ä, Ö, Ü or ß). If I try to open a file containing such a character (double click in Windows) while LightBurn is already open I get a error message: “The file ‘D:\umlaut.lbrn’ could not be found”. The actual file name is ‘umlautöäüÖÄÜß.lbrn’. If I use the file open dialog or open the file without LightBurn already started I can open the file as expected.
