Since replacing my Win7 computer with a new win10 I have run into a problem where about half the time I try to open a saved file the program just ignores the command. Sometimes I have to try and open a new file 3+ times before it works… changing the directory location each time too since that isn’t saved either.
I tried pausing Google Drive with no difference. Files are on drive C.

The Shared Web/cloud storage drives (and even some external drives) interfere with and can damage files.
Please save to a local non-shared folder to confirm that LightBurn itself works as expected.
